At TSB, great emphasis is placed on the holistic development of the students – and for this reasons, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities are promoted. Students are encouraged to participate in sports, art, music, and drama, and other cultural events and competitions. While not part of conventional academic curriculum of a management school, we believe that they are essential for all-round development of an individual preparing for a professional life. They help to inculcate competitive spirit, respect for rivals, and build confidence as well. The experience gained by competing in such events conducted by various B schools also give them an edge when it comes to internships and placements.

What you see above are the victories achieved by TSB students in the Khelostav” of IIM – Trichy: a one-of-a-kind sports event, where 4 business schools compete in 11 sport events. With these fantastic victories, TSB was crowned the ultimate champion of Khelotsav 2.0! Heartiest Congratulations to the students of TSB who displayed their athletic prowess, skills, and teamwork, and the Coach for his sincere and dedicated efforts, to bring laurels to this wonderful institure.

PSG Management Fest – Winner Social Update

Management is best learnt when it is practiced; for students, participating in events where management scenarios are presented and they have to design plans, or create advertisements etc., are very educative. Thiagarajar School of Business (TSB) Madurai Students won numerous accolades in the Management Fest conducted at PSG Institute of Management on 18th an 19th October 2020, Coimbatore. The students participated in several management contests with zeal and achieved top rankings as below:
