The international Outbound Programme is an uniquely designed initiative for PGDM students that give students an exposure to an academic environment in a foreign country. This enables the students to get academic and industry exposure during the stay in that country. TSB has MoU with renowned institutes / universities having accredited by AACSB, EFMD and AMBA.
The students are allowed to go for the exchange program during the summer internship period. Steps are being taken to give the students an option to apply in any one of the Partner school as per their preference

Rural immersion facilitates experiential learning. Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, reflection and doing.
For the past few years, students from University of Peradeniya visit TSB campus to take part in the Rural Immersion Programme. The objective is to provide students an opportunity to interact with rural populace thereby exposing them to their lifestyle, values, social structure, institutions and economy. The immersion programme will help them identify real life problems in the rural world and come up with solutions for the same.
